Our client is on v4.50.3. They want to delete several accounts which they will not need going forward. They have changed the status on the account to 'Deleted' assuming that they would purge during year-end processing. We set up a test company and changed the General Ledger Option - Years to Retain General Ledger History to 2. During the period end processing for 12/2012 a BB journal entry is created for the Income and Expense accounts that we are trying to delete. I recreated this in the ABX test database. This BB journal entry rolls each year; making it impossible to delete the account. Has anyone had this same issue? Do you have a resolution? Thanks,
