We have a client on Sage 100 Standard, Version 4.5.0.6. There have been no recent Sage updates. Over the last few weeks, UDF's added to customized screens have disappeared for some users. This has been occurring for multiple users in multiple modules/customized screens in multiple companies. If we go into Customizer, pull up the customized screen and click File, Save, the UDF's then reappear, but will disappear again in a day or two. We have ran both the Customizer Utilities. I have not re-updated the UDF's as I haven't been able to get users out of the system. Is that the next step? Does anyone have any other suggestions? Thanks in advance for your replies.
