Greetings, In the Documents folder of your Sage 100 Installation image (CD, DVD, etc.) you will find all the reference guides for installing and upgrading. For Web Services information, please see Web Services.PDF (eBusiness Web Services Installation and Reference Guide. I do not know anything about Magento but I believe there are Sage 100 ERP Partners that have already created integrations for that so it may save you some time to investigate and see if an existing solution will work for you.
