I have a custom RA_CustomerRMAWrk file designed to print a label (Avery 30323) to a Dymo label printer. When I print the form directly from Crystal, the form prints correctly. However, if I print the form from the Customer RMA Printing screen the data rotates 90 degrees. I have checked the printer preferences both on the Windows Printer and through the Setup option on the Customer RMA Printing screen. The paper type, orientation (landscape), and the other settings are identical to the printing preferences on the Crystal form. Does anyone have any suggestions as to what else I can check?
