I have had success in removing/adding form codes by doing the following: Open 'Windows Explorer' on the server where the MAS90 installation folder resides. Expand the MAS90 folder and locate the sub-folder of the Company in question (mas_xxx) Expand the Company folder and locate the sub-folder named 'Reports' Expand the Reports folder and locate the sub-folder SO_INVOICEPRINTING Expand the SO_INVOICEPRINTING folder and you should see a list of folders that correspond to your Form Code list. If you are sure you will never need the form again, delete the folder with the name of that form code. Otherwise move the folder off to some other Archive location for potential future re-use. Confirm by closing the Sage 100 client application and restarting it. Navigate to the SO mod and in invoice printing see if the Form Code list reflects the change. If so repeat the above steps for any remaining Form Codes you wish to remove.
