Hi Tom: Thanks for the suggestion. I will definitely look into it. I was hoping that with my current modules there could be a solution. I'm would prefer not to add another layer to a complicated business model. The more moving parts.....blah blah blah...you know. I spoke with Sage technical support and they felt it could be done through VI or with Microsoft task manager. Apparently VI can be used to run a batch file with specific instructions to process a Sage task. You can check out my ticket number 8004026825 for the article. Thanks for your suggestion Daniel A
