Hello and thanks for the the help in advance. We are running Sage 100 Advanced 2014, and have ~82 users in our system at any given time. The issue: One of our users cannot login. When Sage is launched, a blank Help windows is displayed and nothing seems to happen. I have tried other user accounts on that computer with no change. I have checked the Sota.ini file and the Shortcut for incorrect server address and port, but they were correct. I can log in with the user on other computers with no problem. It seems to be an issue with that specific workstation. I have also, uninstalled, rebooted and re-installed the Sage 100 Client and continued to get the same error. Has anyone had this issue? Does anyone have any ideas to try? Thanks, Jim Jergins
