We're in the process of cleaning up data in our current version, MAS200 4.40.0.8 in preparation for our upgrade to Sage 100 ERP (thank goodness!). Last night I ran the Delete and Change Items utility to delete approximately 3600 inventory items. It ran all night and no errors were encountered. In addition, prior to me running the Delete/Change Items utility, our reseller reinitialized the SO Invoice Data Entry files because we were having a glitch where all line items in all open invoice batches disappeared. With that said...this morning, we noticed that all of the price codes we have set up in IM Setup Price Code Maintenance were gone. I had to re-enter them. Has anyone else seen this issue in 4.40 and if so, do you know if it occurs in Sage 100 ERP? Our reseller had not heard of this scenario and said that neither the utility run by me or our reseller should have affected the IM_PriceCode table. He said that if that table was reinitialized, then all non-standard pricing would have been removed and not just the price codes. He states further that if all the pricing was not removed (which it wasn't) then it suggests that someone removed the price codes which I know is not the case. Nobody other than me knows how the price codes are set up. Anyway...curious to see if anyone else has seen this. Thanks!
