Forum Post: P/R entry missing from the G/L account for the bank?

Have a client running Sage 100 ERP 2014 that processed a payroll, but the client does not have a copy of the Daily Transaction Register. Apparently, she was not prompted to print or update it. I looked in P/R - Main - Daily Transaction Register and G/L Main - Daily Transaction Register, and both screens indicate there are no records to print. This problem happened once before, but she didn't notice until a few weeks later. Other payroll entries update and print correctly. Any ideas on what's causing the problem are greatly appreciated.
