Quite sure this is related to Knowledgesync, but I don't know specifically what it is or how it fired up. Client called this morning and indicated that they were not getting alerts delivered. Upon inspection of the server, I could not get any of the KS programs to run. Eventually found ks-util running via task manager. Apparently this had been running since Saturday. Killed it and everything started working again. Struck out searching the KS knowledgebase.
