Forum Post: What format are the time fields in SO_SalesOrderHeader?

I have been looking at the TimeCreated and TimeUpdated fields in SO_SalesOrderHeader and I get a string value that looks like a number.  For example, I have a value of "13.26434".  How do I convert this string value into an actual time value on the picking sheet so I can print out what time the order was entered into Sage?
