Hi... We already installed the client odbc driver on the wireless pcs and it works well. The reports all go fast. Except there is one report that hangs and takes over an hour to print. When the report is run on the server, it can take less than 10 seconds. It is not a complex report, but there are runtime totals. I have changed some of the report settings, but still no luck. I installed Crystal on the wireless workstation, ran the report through Crystal rather than the Custom Reports menu and it prints quick. I want to be able to run it on the Custom Reports menu, but it just won't budge. This is Sage 100 Advanced 2013. Any thoughts? Ryan at Sage said there are good engineers who know this stuff on here.
