You don't need the special ink any more, so the 'red ink' forms are no longer required. The 4-up though was quite a surprise - since we bought the 2 up forms!

If you can open the receipt of goods to fix, i would do it! However - I think you'll need to delete out the receipt in question & then fix the PO, then re-receive the goods.
